I am receiving a "Package file is invalid" error message/Error Code 194 when trying to download one of your apps.  What do I do?

If you are receiving the "Package file is invalid" error message/Error Code 194 when trying to download one of the PCH Digital apps, clearing your Google Play Store app's data and cache should rectify the issue.

1. Click the "Settings" icon on your Android phone.  (It looks like a gear).

2. Once in the "Settings" menu, click on "Application Manager".  The "Application Manager" is usually found under the "More" tab.

3. Once in the "Application Manager", click on "Google Play Store" to open up its' app settings.

4. Once inside the "Google Play Store" app settings, click on "Clear Data" and then "Clear Cache". (Please Note: Depending on your Android OS version, you might have to click on "Storage" before you are able to see the options to clear data and cache.)

5. Finally, please try to re-install the app.
