The PCH.com My PCH Account Page is a section of the PCH.com website where customers can go to: View and request an update to the email address on file for their PCH.com account View and change the name and mailing address on file for their PCH.com account View their recent token activity Access the Token Redemption center Access and spin the Rewards Level Up Wheel How do Customers Access the My PCH Account Page? Click here to find out how customers can access the My PCH Account Page Customers must first be logged into the PCH.com website In the upper right corner of the site is a My Account link - customers will need to click on this Once they click on My Account, they may be prompted for their password Landing Page Once customers have accessed their My PCH Account Page, they will see two sections: My Info: Email, Name, Address, Birthday My History: Token Activity, Token Redemption Link, Manage Orders Mobile Devices vs. Desktop/PCs Due to space restrictions, the sections will be closed when accessing from a mobile device, and open when accessing on a desktop computer. Closed sections will have a drop down arrow on the right that customers can click to expand. Click here to see an image of the Landing Page Updating Email Address Refer to Dot Com - Updating PCH.com My Account Email Address Updating Name/Mailing Address Updating Name/Mailing Address To update the name and mailing address, the user would need to expand the section for "Name, Address, & Birthday" section and make the necessary adjustments. The site will need the mailing address. If the user is inputting their USPS address incorrectly, they will be met with a message to the effect of the below message, advising the user to update the address or city as per USPS.com address verification Remind the user that they would have to click on "Update" in order for the changes to be saved.
