How do I delete the cookies and cache on my mobile device?

Clearing Cache & Cookies on an iOS Device (iPhone/iPod/iPad):
iOS 13 or later:
  1. To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings then find and tap on Safari
  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data and confirm this (clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information).
  3. [Advanced] To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
Clearing Cache & Cookies on an Android Device with Chrome 90 or higher:
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chrome (red / yellow / green circle with blue in center).
  2. At the top right, tap More More.
  3. Tap History and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range (All Time is recommmended) 
  5. Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Tap Clear data
  7. Tap Clear to confirm

Clearing Cache & Cookies on an Android Device using the Default Internet Browser:
  1. Open the Default Browser
  2. Click on Menu (3 horizontal lines buttom right corner)
  3. Tap History
  4. Tap the 3 vertical dots at top right corner
  5. Select Clear History
