How do I clear my app's data and cache? (Android)
To clear your app's data and cache, please refer to the below step-by-step instructions and pictures on how to do this:
1. Click the "Settings" icon on your Android phone. (It looks like a gear).
2. Once in the "Settings" menu, click on "Application Manager". The "Application Manager" is usually found under the "More" tab.
3. Once in the "Application Manager", click on the app you wish to clear the data for to open up its' app settings. In this example, we will select the PCHlotto App, but the instructions will remain the same for all PCH Digital apps.
4. Once inside the app settings, click on "Clear Data" and then "Clear Cache".
